This season is about gratitude, community, and care. With each year that FOLAR is able to contribute to our regional community and coordinate great programs, we are thankful for the support and people that help us offer such experiences.

Overall, we’ve enjoyed being a connector and community builder more than anything else in the past year. As we move forward as an organization, leading with a sense of collaboration with our community members will always be our top priority. We are celebrating and are grateful for another year of stewarding access to the Appomattox River for all, conserving the riverfront for future generations, and creating opportunities for folks to integrate wellness into their lives through outdoor recreation.
