What is the Banff Mountain Film Festival?

This three-day event in Chesterfield County brings the best of this year’s outdoor adventure films on the big screen! There’s something for everybody, with engaging stories about running, paddling, climbing, and more, from all over the world. The World Tour brings the festival straight to you, visiting over 40 countries and dozens of cities in the USA.

Brought to you by FOLAR

Friends of the Lower Appomattox River and Chesterfield Parks & Recreation are proud to bring this festival right here to Central Virginia, so that our members, neighbors, trail-users, and visitors to the region can take part.

All proceeds from this event support FOLAR’s work to protect the river, finish the trail, and provide engaging, hands-on opportunities to get involved.
