THE APPOMATTOX RIVER CENTER IS MADE FOR GATHERING
Bright, airy, modern industrial space with a private, enchanting garden courtyard.
We are happy to host groups and gatherings at the Appomattox River Center. This space offers the ideal set-up for socializing, presentations, and more. Included in your reservation is access to our kitchen that houses a refrigerator, sink, and storage cabinets/counterspace.
Additionally, in the main space, is a kitchenette (sink and mini fridge) and the ability to use one of our moveable computer monitors and/or slide projector.
The main space is accessible and offers two accessible restrooms.
FEATURES:
Capacity: 50 seated at 6’ rounds or 90 buffet/cocktail
Large glass garage doors can open up to the outdoors lot and garden area, offering greater capacity.
Ideal for small-medium corporate meetings and retreats.
RENTAL RATES:
$150 per hour with a 3-hour minimum ($450) for access between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Pending availability, additional evening hours can be rented at a rate of $200/hour. The 8-hour, All Day rate is $1,000.
Nonprofit and community organization discounts are avaiable.
